We are not able to add/remove items or edit size/colors after you check out. Orders cannot be edited once placed. We cannot change your payment method once your order is confirmed. You must apply store credit if you wish to use it. Authorized waitlists & preorders are not eligible for cancelation.

How long does Shipping take:

We ship Monday-Friday.

Please allow 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS for ITEMS to ship.

10-14 BUSINESS DAYS for Freshies and Graphic Tees

Please note weekends and Federal Holidays are not business days

Do you provide order tracking?

Tracking information will be provided via email. 

Please allow 48 hours for tracking to update in USPS, if you have tracking and no update please hold tight for it to update, prior to emailing.

 
What if I only received part of my order?

Some orders may arrive in separate packages to provide fastest service. You will receive email updates for each shipment summarizing items with tracking information.

How do Pre-Orders work?

Preorder items will be clearly marked in the product title and the product description.

Pre-order shipping turn-around-times are ESTIMATED, and sometimes delays happen. Pre-order items are not eligible for refunds due to arriving late.
